 Universal Pre-K Program - Overview

The standards to be used for the Universal Pre-K (UPK) Program are a combination of specific standards included herein and the SCA Standard Specifications and Details that now include requirements for UPK Program projects.

Included in the download are the Design Requirements, Typical Room Finishes, Program of Requirements (POR) and Toilets and Drinking Fountains worksheets for the UPK and 3K Program. There is a single POR worksheet that is used for both new Pre-K centers and for fit-out of existing buildings.
