CIP_ProjectManual.pdfThe CIP Project Manual is intended to be a guide for all designers, both consultant and in-house staff. The manual should assist the designer to better understand the scoping, design and construction support processes of CIP projects. It is intended to be used in conjunction with the A&E standards and other requirements contained in the Design portion of the SCA website. The Forms link will direct you to the "Forms" page, on which there are links to CIP Forms, Project Information Documents and Sample Certification Letters, all of which are used for CIP Projects.
The SCA has implemented required ADA Path of Travel obligation in scoping of all projects, which is described in the ADA Path of Travel Compliance Scoping Guideline. To view the training presentation, click on the ADA link below:
Below the manual and forms links are a link to the Scoping Guidelines, which provide approaches to the scoping and design of different categories of projects, and CIP Exhibits, some of which are referenced in the manual.
Any questions related to these standards and procedures should be forwarded via e-mail to CADD Unit
