 CADD

The CADD Manual represents the CADD management and other standards to be used by all designers, both consultant and in-house staff. The standards and procedures discussed are based on AutoCAD Release 2010 and other software used by the Authority. They will be revisited as the Authority adopts new versions of the software and/or revises current standards.

 BIM

The BIM Guidelines and Standards for Architects and Engineers represent the BIM guidelines and standards to be used by all designers, both consultant and in-house staff, for new capacity projects when so directed by the Authority. The standards and procedures discussed are based on Autodesk Revit and other BIM related software used by the Authority. The guidelines will be revisited as the Authority continues to work with its staff and design partners to utilize the potential of the system.

 CIP Project Manual

The CIP Project Manual replaces the previous CIP Consultant Manual, as it is intended to be a guide for all designers, both consultant and in-house staff. The manual should assist the designer to better understand the scoping, design and construction support processes of CIP projects. It is intended to be used in conjunction with the A&E standards and other requirements contained in the Design portion of the SCA website. The Forms link will direct you to the "Forms" page, on which there are links to CIP Forms, Project Information Documents and Sample Certification Letters, all of which are used for CIP Projects.
Below the manual and forms links are the Scoping Guidelines, which provide approaches to the scoping and design of different categories of projects and CIP Exhibits, some of which are referenced in the manual.

Any questions related to these standards and procedures should be forwarded via e-mail to CADD Unit
